Hi, I am Victoria. I am a Product Design Lead with 10+ years of experience leading 0→1 launches and legacy system improvements across global and early-stage products.
I co-founded and led product & design at Tori Health, a digital mental health company that delivers evidence-based, AI-supported therapy for people at risk of suicide. Prior to that, I was a Staff Product Designer at Instacart, leading 0→1 launches such as Ultrafast and Enterprise Fulfillment. I also helped redesign Facebook Search, serving over 2.7B daily users, and led efforts like Search Design System and Mentions.

Staff Product Designer
2021-2023
Led design for Instacart’s new business offering – Ultrafast Delivery – to deliver orders in 15 minutes or less from Instacart’s proprietary Nano Fulfillment Centers. I led the 0→1 launch of the end-to-end fulfillment capability suite, including Inventory Replenishment, Stowing, Auditing, Order Picking, Staging, and Delivery within the unique context of Dark Warehouses. Launched in early 2022 in partnership with Publix, this innovation introduced a new fulfillment model for Instacart, scaled to multiple metro locations, now adopted by leading retailers nationwide as part of the Enterprise Platform, and featured in Instacart's S-1 IPO filing.

Led the Facebook Search redesign, focusing on Search Intent and Navigation, a core system enabling 2.7B+ people across the globe to find anything on Facebook every day. I defined a new search design system, contributed to the development of the search intent prediction model, introduced a new search intent system, and launched a new search experience in 2021. This launch fundamentally changed how people search on Facebook, driving statistically significant increases in both search and Facebook app usage for the first time in years.

Co-founder • Head of Product & Design
2023-2025
Co-founded and led Product and Design at Tori Health, the first digital mental health therapy platform delivering an AI-enabled, therapist-led Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for people at risk of suicide. Defined product vision and strategy, and led the team of PhDs, MDs, clinicians, and engineers, and built end-to-end HIPAA-compliant patient and provider platforms. Launched in 2025 with a 115k-member PPO network, delivering Tori Health therapy at $0 to covered members.

Atom Tickets is a movie ticketing service that allows users to buy movie tickets, plan outings with friends, and pre-order concessions. I led the design of the new business vertical – Atom Events, from concept to launch in partnership with Goldstar. Additionally, I led the creation of the first Design System for the Atom Tickets product. Led several core Atom Movies workstreams, including Ticket Scan, Seat Map, and more.
